Isn't owning a house FABULOUS! I think so. The one thing I love the most are the little surprises you get like, your water main breaks! Oh the joys! So the contractors just started today and it's dark outside so here are a few pictures thus far of the inside of the house. I will take some of the drive way in the morning and keep you all posted! Home ownership ROCKS!
DAY...I don't even know anymore :)
DAY...I don't even know anymore :)
I decided to stay on my home improvement kick and redo 2 of my 4 bathrooms. It started out with just some paint and I ended up replacing all toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, towel bars, toilet paper bars, and light fixtures :)
This is the before of the down stairs bathroom but both were pretty much exactly the same
Gotta love the 80's Hollywood lights
The new 1st floor bathroom(First time I've done electric work, and I absolutly did electricut myself doing this one :))

The new 2nd floor bathroom. The pedestal is not under all the way because I have to wait for a plumber to come solder on new vales to my pipes. I'm good but not good enough to solder yet lolDAY 8
Since I am in a home improvemnt mood with house being torn apart and retiling my master bathroom Sara decided to keep that wave a moving. Since they are preping their house to put on the market she was lucky enough to have a talented loving sister to come help. I went over and tiled her master bathroom and the hall bathroom to try to help them get ready to sell.

I have been sealed in an confined upstairs
The harzard fence around my house

If the air mattress doesn't fit in the tent, just put the tent on top :) This is what Jeff reffers to as "Indiana Inginuity", I call it a ghetto redneck tent
This was our little seating area before the huricane started
If you're gonna have the redneck tent, might as well have the redneck truck too

This was out seating area as the storm was about to hit. Justin and I rigged up walls out or tarps, gotta love being resourceful
This pretty much describes my feelings toward huricane Hanna :)
The rivers began!
I like to call this one the nile, it was a good 4-5 inches deep. Now what idiot would pitch a tent in this?
